EQ2U - Item Details - Brittle Armor II (Celestial)

Brittle Armor II (Celestial)

Ice and fire, when used together, can shatter stone. If you can manage the control of both, you can even open cracks in the armor of your enemies, be it cloth or metal, or even living carapace. This is the power of the Elementalists - there are no barriers to stop us, and no shield from our fury.

• When damaged this spell will cast Brittle Armor on target. Lasts for 24.0 seconds.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 494.6, multiplied by increment stacks.

• This effect may increment up to 24 times.

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 second.
