Metalmorphic Tormentor
Best we can tell, this arcane beastie began its life as a wild air elemental but contracted the aggressive metal-organic virus that had spread amongst flora and fauna of the Plane of Sky. It is something in-between now, both earth and air elemental. A curious addition to our menagerie for study, to be sure!
