The Quellithulians believe that there are breaks within the lines of mystical energy that thread together the Ulteran Spire network. I must seek out these breaks in the lines, and repair them using the device given to me.

Scales with Level

I must repair as many of the tears as I am able to find. They should be nearby any of the Ulteran Spires.

I need to connect the broken ethereal threads by using the ethereal mender on a torn and a severed thread.

I should return to the Spire Surveyor and report my success.
