I've found an odd object - a large metal circle. I think there is more to this object than meets the eye.

With a little effort, I believe I can transform this large metal circle into something better.
I should travel to Grubbin's Fishing Retreat and look for some straps lying around.
I should check (and possibly even kill) some peculiar chests in hopes of finding something inside that would work with the metal disc. (in Rivervale)
