Bolt-Streaked Cuirass - Quest

Bolt-Streaked Cuirass

I've found a plain cuirass that might be improved upon with some effort. Since it resembles the armor I've seen near the defiled storm lords in Stormhold, I believe they have a way of infusing armor with embellishments that will give the cuirass more personality.

The defiled storm lords of Stormhold might hold the secrets to embellishing items like this plain cuirass.

I will find a way to turn this plain cuirass into something special. (in Stormhold)
