Bellengere the Three, head of The Concordium in Qeynos, is concerned about the portals being opened within Baubbleshire and Starcrest Commune. The sheer number of them is causing a magical disruption of unprecedented magnitude, making it difficult for mages of all kinds to practice their arts within the city walls. He has tasked me with closing down these portals.

I need to travel to The Baubbleshire and channel alteration magic into the demonic portals there, closing them down.

Close the demonic portals in Baubbleshire (in Qeynos: The Baubbleshire)

Defeat the Nightblood warpers who are opening the portals (in Qeynos: The Baubbleshire)

I need to travel to Starcrest and attempt to close a number of necromantic portals there. This should stem the tide of undead rampaging throught he district.

Use the necrotic focus to close the portals in Starcrest (in Qeynos: Starcrest Commune)

I should return to Bellengere the Three and inform him of my success with the demonic portals and my difficulties with those in Starcrest.

Speak to Bellengere the Three (in Qeynos Capitol District)

Bellengere has sent me back to Starcrest Commune, armed with a relic of his own creation. I should be able to activate it near the fountain to permanently close the undead portals.

Find and disrupt the source of undead portals in Starcrest (in Qeynos: Starcrest Commune)

While Bellengere's device stopped the summoning of additional undead, it did so in a very unsettling manner. I should confront Bellengere about this.
