I've found an odd object - a pair of handcuffs. I think there is more to this object than meets the eye.

With a little effort, I believe I can transform this handcuffs into something better.
I should search the chests in Blackburrow until I find a set of keys to unlock these handcuffs. (in Blackburrow)
