I don't know who the individual was, but they advised me to seek out the wandering chest that I encountered some time ago. I need to find the chest once more, and take it to the mysterious Archmage in the city of the Highmen.

To find the cursed item behind the spellpox I'll need to access Bellengere's arcane study. I'll need a study of the Akashic Neverthere and an essence of my own personal arcanum to open the portal to it.
Obtain a study of the Akashic Neverthere
Search for a warlock's toxic artistry
Search for a wizard's magical grasp
Search for an illusionist's captivating finesse
Search for a coercer's dazzling genius
Search for a necromancer's fetid command
Search for a conjuror's elemental prowess
I should take the essence and the Akashic Neverthere back to Bellengere the Three.
Return to Bellengere the Three (in Sundered Frontier)
Gather the three cantrips Bellengere has prepared (in Sundered Frontier)
I'll need to enter Bellengere the Three's study, and locate the cursed item.
Enter Bellengere's Arcane Study (in Sundered Frontier)
Find the cursed object using View of The Magi's Curse (in Bellengere's Arcane Study)
I should take the Blackscale Cube back to Bellengere the Three.
Return to Bellengere (in Sundered Frontier)
