I've spoken with one of Alishinu's fellow students, Salindis, who believes that there is more to her failure than we realize. Salindis believes that some other current of energy is somehow interfering with Alishinu's ability to perform her magic, and has asked that I track it down and see if I can learn more. She cannot provide a specific location, but said that the Kandra Uplands would be a good place to start.
