•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs elemental, noxious and arcane damage by 1,087.

•  This effect can stack from multiple casters

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  Suspends for 30 seconds when the caster takes damage greater than 30% of their maximum health

•  Increases the caster's effectiveness of worn armor vs physical damage by 10%.

•  When damaged with a melee weapon this spell will cast Burst II on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

•  Inflicts 12,540 - 13,860 magic damage on targets in Area of Effect.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 second.
