Lich V (Grandmaster)
Changes the necromancer into a lich, allowing the slow conversion of health into power over time. All of the lich's disease based hostile spells siphon additional health from the target and adds the health to the lich.

  Shapechanges caster into a necrolich
  Increases power of caster by 6.7% instantly and every 6 seconds.
  This effect cannot be critically applied.
  On a hostile spell cast this spell will cast Lich's Siphoning on target of spell.
  Inflicts 314 disease damage on target.
  Heals caster for 227.
  Will trigger off of disease abilities.
